Warner Center Apartments, 1,279 Units – Woodland Hills, California; $25,000,000 project in 2006 where provided full construction, renovation, and management services. The condominium conversion was successfully completed in 18 months and was the largest conversion in Los Angeles county history. Client: Lehman Brothers in joint venture with T.V.P. Investors
