CTM has assembled a leadership team that on average brings more than 30 years of experience in property management, renovation, financial oversight, information technology, and marketing. Our professionals have developed systems and processes that maximize the effectiveness of all personnel – from accountants and on-site managers to maintenance technicians and regional supervisors. Great management starts with great people and a successful company is built from the bottom up, where every individual at CTM lends a hand in creating an exceptional management company.

Owner & CEO

Dirk Needham, CPM®Working at CTM since 1988, experience has been learned firsthand with the growth of the company.  This experience has formed the hallmark of detailed management coupled with exceptional service that CTM is known for industry wide.  Becoming a CPM® in 2005 solidified the strength and attitude that is needed to excel at the next level and exceed industry standards in property management performance.  Current designation as CEO allows for continued oversight in all facets of CTM Apartment Services by guiding the Executive Management Team to effectively execute CTM’s mission statement.

Executive Management Team

Ernesto Cervantes – Information Technology
Ernesto is a Navy Veteran and Graduate from University of Phoenix with a degree in Information Systems Management. Ernesto has over 40 years of experience in the computer and network management field.

Mimi Chrisman – Controller
Mimi holds her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis in accounting. She has worked in property management for over 20 years including commercial real estate and affordable housing.

John Orhun – Director of Property Management
John has over 25 years of experience in commercial and multifamily asset management.  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Arizona State University and is also a CPM candidate with IREM.

Walter Wolmart – Human Resources Director
Walter served as a US Marine. He has 20 years in the property management industry with 5 plus years as HR director. Walter is educated in payroll management services along with experience in training and teamwork leadership with emphasis on corporate culture.
