CTM information technology and reporting capabilities take advantage of real time data in order to make important property decisions. The IT Department oversees network operations to ensure a solid network infrastructure and to make sure that access to data is always available. Through the use of our accounting, e-mail, document sharing and faxing systems we are able to achieve effective dissemination of information that is companywide in a matter of minutes.
All accounting is performed using YARDI© Voyager. This accounting package is installed both at the corporate and on-site offices. YARDI© Voyager allows CTM to report to the owners by the 10th to 15th day of each month. Furthermore, we can customize to fit each individual owner’s needs. CTM also uses Windows-based, Section 42 Compliance & Verification software called ACCUCertPM, which is a compliance-led integrated property management solution. Using this software, CTM is able to post rents, pay invoices and prepare journal entries necessary to provide proper reporting on a monthly basis. In addition, the features of this software provide a sophisticated audit trail for all transactions within the properties.
The CTM intranet runs on a combination of Windows and Linux servers, facilitating application, data, and e-mail requests for all workstations. Our trained and certified IT personnel handle the hardware and software needs of the company.
